Getting Help

If you are worried about your behaviour causing problems for your relationship or if you are not safe to be around, reach out. Help and support is available to help make the changes needed so you can be safe around your partner and family.

It takes strength and courage to admit using violence or control, which is the first step towards changing your behaviour.
